AVP General Lending

Interview and underwrite consumer and small business loan applicants, preparing written materials for lending committee approvals. Service all originated loans up to $25MM, maintaining past due and technical exception percentages while achieving assigned growth goals. Actively seek additional commercial loan business through calling efforts and development means, presenting loans to Senior and Directors' Loan Committees as needed. Requires 21 years of age, high school diploma or GED, and minimum four years of banking experience or a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
