Job Summary
AVP Fraud Analytics role focused on Gen AI and Data Science forFraud Prevention. Lead design, development, and deployment of generative models (GPT, GAN, VAEs) and RAG frameworks; build POC and full-scale automation solutions including Conversational AI and Multi-Agent Systems for banking operations; mentor junior team members, document models/algorithms, and present findings to stakeholders. Requires deep expertise in Gen AI, NLP/NLG, Python and DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), agentic AI/APIs for large-scale banking automation, and knowledge of Model Risk Management and Fair Lending guidelines; 8+ years of ML/DL experience; advanced communication and leadership capabilities. Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/Data Science/ML (PhD a plus). The role emphasizes independent and cross-functional collaboration and staying current with state-of-the-art generative modeling research.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with a focus on generative AI solution design and development
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Strong background of Prompt Engineering, building agentic AI / AI Agents, API / MCPs for large scale automations in banking domain
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and natural language generation (NLG)
- Proven track record of building and deploying generative models based solutions in production environments particularly using RAG frameworks
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
