Job Summary
Lead all finance activities for the eight Watch Maisons within Richemont Americas, including monthly close supervision, rolling forecast management, and annual budget process oversight. Manage a team of four financial analysts to deliver accurate, insightful financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making for business development and fixed cost optimization. Oversee capital expenditure requests and internal controls to ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations. Monitor sales trends, personnel costs, and consolidated reporting to drive profit and cash flow performance across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other relevant field
- 10 to 15 years of FP&A experience
- Experience in a large, multinational, publicly traded company environment
- Experience managing and developing a team of varying skill levels
- Deep background in finance and accounting principles, particularly IFRS
- Strong business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment in all situations
- Technology proficiency and a forward-looking mindset, with a strong ability to leverage digital tools and drive automation in financial processes and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and provide advanced insights
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret qualitative as well as quantitative information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels and functions within the organization, adapting communications and deliverables to diverse audiences in a matrixed organization
- Entrepreneurial spirit, results oriented, ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Curious nature with the ability to be proactive and problem-solved, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
- Detail-oriented with keen time management skills; able to dive deep into specifics while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player; hands-on approach and comfortable taking on big and small tasks alike
- Capable of providing appropriate guidance and oversight across team of finance professionals while encouraging curiosity, autonomy and strategic focus
- Experience with SAP and Anaplan
