Job Summary
AVP, Finance (Chief of Staff to CFO) independently drives high-priority strategic/operational initiatives, leads cross-functional workstreams from problem definition through execution, and shapes executive decision-making. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, or chief of staff roles
- Demonstrated success operating with senior executive stakeholders and leading complex initiatives with a high degree of autonomy
- Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional work and translate strategy into disciplined execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations
