AVP, Field Sales Manager (Southwest)

Senior field sales leadership role within the Southwest, responsible for driving application volume, expanding store-level credit programs, and enhancing in-store marketing execution. Develop and maintain external client relationships across stores, markets, and regions; train store teams; audit signage and POS materials for compliance; manage travel and marketing budgets; and lead annual marketing plans aligned to regional goals. Requires building credit awareness with store/market management, presenting to all levels of management, and delivering results through collaborative execution with clients and internal teams. Extensive travel (up to 75%) and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills are essential; proficiency with MS Office and experience in financial services sales are preferred.
