Job Summary
Lead end-to-end early career recruiting and talent pipeline development for U.S. Analyst, Associate, and Summer Internship programs across investment and corporate functions; manage relationships with universities, career centers, and external partners; represent the firm at campus events and drive outreach initiatives with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Partner with Talent Development and Diversity teams to design onboarding, training, and development programs; oversee the Summer Internship program and performance-management cycles; drive engagement through mentorship, networking, and events; analyze program metrics to improve effectiveness and support offboarding processes. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office per week) in Los Angeles with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5+ years of post-college experience in campus recruiting or graduate program management roles
- Experience recruiting for investment-focused roles strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus
