Job Summary
AVP Digital Scrum Master leading two Agile scrum teams within the Enterprise API group to deliver services powering digital servicing applications. Collaborates with digital product owners, technical leads, clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience in authentication, onboarding client-specific implementations, and enhancing internal lookup capabilities. Facilitates Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Demos/Reviews, Retrospectives, release planning) and manages sprints to maintain order, delivery, priorities, and timely testing. Leverages agentic AI to generate empirical flow reports and drives autonomous, self-organizing teams across architects, engineers, QA, and contractors. Participates in Synchrony Innovation Station activities and contributes to cross-functional product teams, while driving SAFe/Agile maturity, enterprise API experience, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence and PCF services. Requires a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years IT experience (or HS Diploma/GED with 8+ years), strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to travel as needed.
