Job Summary
Drive the development and continuous optimization of the digital onboarding roadmap, leading technical execution to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with commercial targets. Evaluate emerging technologies, partner with product teams to translate business needs into actionable outcomes, and oversee end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure digital programs. Manage complex interdependencies, develop budgets and forecasts, and monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement while building high-performing, cross-functional teams. Mentor digital talent, foster agile best practices, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related Technology discipline
- 10 years of experience leading complex projects or programs with a proven track record of commercial success
- 8 years of experience delivering large-scale global digital solutions
- 8 years of experience guiding delivery teams in building, testing, validating, and deploying digital solutions
