Job Summary
Develop and execute the enterprise data and reporting roadmap, aligning capabilities, governance, and controls with business objectives. Provide strategic leadership and oversight of data engineering, business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics teams. Establish and champion the enterprise Data Governance & Control Framework, including data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and security and privacy compliance. Define enterprise standards, architectural patterns, and integration approaches that support scalable, reliable, and secure data platforms. Lead the development and monitoring of enterprise KPIs, executive dashboards, and performance scorecards that provide meaningful insights into business performance. Drive enterprise-wide adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy programs, enabling business users to leverage trusted and well-documented data assets. Implement monitoring and control mechanisms that improve data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across financial and operational reporting. Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable data engineering, reporting, and analytics initiatives. Establish and lead an Analytics Community of Practice that promotes knowledge sharing, analytical excellence, and consistent reporting standards across the organization. Influence leaders and business partners to adopt consistent data stewardship practices and common metric definitions across the enterprise. Lead, coach, and develop leaders and technical professionals while building organizational capability, succession strength, and employee engagement. Manage departmental priorities, resources, and staffing to ensure successful delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, data management, or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams or departments
- demonstrated experience developing and executing enterprise data strategies and roadmaps
- strong understanding of modern data platforms, business intelligence tools, analytics solutions, and data architecture practices
- experience establishing data governance, quality, security, and compliance frameworks within a complex organization
- ability to effectively engage executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational execution
