Job Summary
AVP, Dams Growth Leader responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for dams and hydropower in Colorado, Mountain, and Four Corners regions. Lead major pursuits, coordinate with senior project managers and divisional leaders, and drive proposals and client engagement to win work. Serve in program/technical leadership roles, directing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery while fostering relationships with existing clients and new opportunities. Collaborate with Technical Practice Leads and Division Managers to align team skills with market trends, and contribute to strategic planning, business development, and leadership initiatives in the dam and hydropower markets. Occasional travel and relocation support are available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including a minimum of 2+ years of leadership.
