Job Summary
AVP, Credit Analytics & Reporting leads development and delivery of insights that drive credit performance. Partners with Portfolio Management and Credit Strategy to translate data into actionable reporting, quantifying trends and monitoring key credit metrics. Builds dashboards and analyses using SAS and other tools to enable data-driven decisions, with an emphasis on portfolio drivers, risks, and opportunities. Drives automation and AI-enabled workflows to streamline processes, supports special projects, and collaborates cross-functionally to align analytics with evolving business needs. Flexible work options include remote work near hubs or in-office presence; commuting to the nearest hub for in-person engagements such as meetings and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of experience in retail, business, or private label credit
- 2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Risk, Finance, or other Data Analytics role
- 2+ year experience with SAS, SQL, or Python programming language
- 1+ year experience with SAS Visual Analytics or Tableau
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
