Job Summary
Associate Vice President, Client Services role leading client relationships and strategy for Snow Companies’ agency services in pharma/healthcare advertising. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, guiding strategic initiatives, driving organic growth, mentoring teams, managing account strategy and finances, coordinating with Creative teams, and leading business development efforts. Requires strong leadership, marketing/brand strategy expertise, knowledge of digital healthcare trends, financial acumen (SOWs, forecasts, reporting), ability to travel, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Travel is a requirement of this role. The position emphasizes patient-centric considerations, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering strategic counsel to clients with a focus on brand growth and patient programs.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of pharma or healthcare advertising; Patient experience preferred
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Ability to travel
- Significant background in pharmaceutical advertising; Account Services
- Ability to lead a team
- Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
