Job Summary
Advocate client needs and solutions by resolving challenging issues and conducting root cause analysis for transaction banking inquiries. Act as dedicated support for complex queries while building client profiles and executing annual service plans. Participate in pitch meetings to provide service model insights and develop relationships. Streamline workflows to mitigate risk and ensure all risk/compliance guidelines are followed. Adapt processes to address new regulatory and industry requirements. Work with target clients and internal partners to maintain a culture of risk and compliance discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in financial services/banking with a client service/operations background
- Experience in Treasury Management and working at a call center
- Bachelor's degree
