Job Summary
AVP, Business Exit Solution focused on partnering with LPL Advisors to deliver high-net-worth business exit planning services, including exit strategy development, business valuation, and succession planning. The role involves building and maintaining a referral network for investment banking, providing advanced planning for subscribing advisors and their clients, sourcing qualified business owners ready for sale or scale, managing leads and follow-ups, and representing LPL at external conferences. Collaboration with High-Net-Worth Consultants and cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management) is required, along with occasional public speaking and thought leadership in webinars and conferences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services or financial sales, strong strategic and analytical skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred certifications include CEPA, CEP, CFP, or CPA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services or financial sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- MS Office, Salesforce
