Job Summary
Identify target prospects, manage pipelines based on underwriting appetite, and engage National Brokers to drive agency sales performance and retention. Monitor broker activities, interpret production data, and address agent concerns through appropriate resolution or escalation. Provide product updates, leverage incentive programs, and maximize participation at industry events to meet service delivery expectations. Interpret agency profitability data to support strategic and operational management of revenue, while entering encounters to capture market intelligence. Maintain full compliance with organizational policies, submit PTO, and complete mandatory training and development obligations. Assist in developing the business development strategic plan, evaluate new states for market expansion, and implement initiatives to drive growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in arts or sciences, with a focus on business administration, finance, marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Property & casualty producer license
- Eight to ten (8-10) years of insurance sales and agency relations and management experience
Desired Qualifications
- CPCU, RPLU, or similar insurance designation
