Job Summary
Model exceptional service to members and lead by example to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Develop strategy, oversee daily branch operations, and manage team performance by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and holding staff accountable. Define and oversee staff compensation and incentive programs to motivate teams toward meeting corporate scorecard goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations, manage budget forecasting and cost-saving measures, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Effectively resolve member escalations by identifying issues and ensuring satisfaction while maintaining a professional approach. This role requires three to five years of leadership experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
Required Qualifications
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience
- A bachelor's degree
- Achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree)
