Job Summary
Manage and lead a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability within the branch's consumer banking portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Identify market opportunities to expand the customer base, collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics to implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations while providing coaching and mentorship to foster continuous team development.
