AVP Banking Center Sales Manager

Drive sales performance, deposit growth, and revenue generation within the Banking Center by leading a high-performing sales culture. Act as a player-coach to generate new business through community engagement, relationship building, and proactive outbound efforts while coaching the team on disciplined sales activities and pipeline management. Hold the team accountable to measurable results, expand core deposits and market share across consumer and small business segments, and maintain strong customer experience while adhering to risk and compliance standards. This role reports to Retail Services leadership and includes a variable incentive compensation plan.
