AVP, Assistant Fund Controller (Real Assets Digital Infrastructure)

Oversee day-to-day Fund Accounting for multiple global funds, managing quarterly close processes, GAAP/IFRS financial statements, and investor reporting. Liaise with internal resources and external administrators to ensure timely compliance with Limited Partnership Agreements and credit facilities. Produce cash flow projections, monitor daily cash management, and oversee fund-level debt facilities including drawdowns and covenants. Support investment decisions through fund modeling, scenario analysis, and property valuation inputs while assisting in new fund launches and DDQ preparations. Implement automation tools to enhance process efficiency and maintain accurate track records across US, Singapore, and Luxembourg jurisdictions.
