Job Summary
Originate and manage high-impact anchor relationships for Yubi's Supply Chain Finance business by identifying new opportunities, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue growth. Engage with lenders to launch programs and work with anchors to troubleshoot scaling challenges and grow AUM through cross-sell initiatives. Integrate anchor ERP systems with Yubi's platform to deepen market moats while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design specific solutions. Develop annual operating plans and projections to ensure target achievement, bridging gaps in technology, capital deployment, and market trends for functional heads. Travel across the responsible geography to cover customers and lenders, applying 12+ years of experience in supply chain finance to build strong rapport with CFOs and Treasury Heads.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to deliver against revenue & business target
- Willingness to travel to cover customers and lenders across the responsible geography
- 12+ years Sales/account management experience in working with mid to large corporates, in Supply Chain Finance at a) Bank/ NBFC / Fintech or b) relationship management experience in a Bank/ NBFC / Fintech working with mid to large corporates
- Understanding of supply chain finance products and banking – working capital, factoring, vendor finance, dealer finance, bill discounting, reverse factoring
- Has a strong context of building and managing business relationships (CFOs, Treasury Heads, Business Heads etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers and cross- functional teams internally
- CA / CFA/ MBA (Finance)
