Job Summary
Architect and evolve the Value Stream vision, strategy, and roadmap anchored in customer needs and business outcomes. Own the agile product lifecycle and OKRs refined with Business Transformation Leads, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. Prioritize epics and enablers, maintain a healthy program backlog, and lead epic refinement with embedded change management. Champion continuous improvement across the Value Stream, monitor performance metrics to inform decisions, and build high-performing teams empowered to deliver measurable value. Navigate complexity influencing across ARTs, business units, and leadership forums while partnering with IT Delivery Leads to balance technical tradeoffs. This role reports to the Head of Transformation, potentially leading a team of Agile Product Managers, within a hybrid or remote schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product delivery, Agile coaching, business operations, or digital transformation
- Proven success leading large-scale value streams or program increments across multiple squads
- Prior experience working with and delivering automation and agentic augmentation capabilities
- Fluency in Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify)
- Bachelor's degree
- Operations, or related field
- This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule
- Candidates who live near one of our office locations have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday)
- Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in property & casualty insurance a plus
