Job Summary
Implement, track, and monitor all digital initiatives for agency distribution while leading the two-in-a-box model from the distribution side. Drive business excellence initiatives, process optimization, and change management efforts to transform and improve Agency Distribution Business and Operations through EODB initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure complex projects meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets. Analyze data to assess ROI and support informed decision-making for digital strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, and Business Administration, or related field
- Over 15 years of experience leading strategic projects with a focus on digital transformation, business enablement/process improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of life insurance products, distribution operations, marketing, life operations, client experience and expertise in digital technologies
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Mandarin is an advantage
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of the system development lifecycle, i.e. Scrum, Agile, waterfall
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred
