Job Summary
AVP, Advisory Consulting at LPL Financial leads adoption of advisory platforms by coaching on platform benefits, collaborates with Client Success Managers to implement strategic plans, assists in asset mapping from TAMPs to LPL, partners with product sponsors for proposals and case consultations, and conducts 16-20 meetings per week. Requires strong collaboration, client-focused service, integrity, and a drive to help clients succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented wealth-management environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably as a wholesaler, advisor, or recruiter
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or both 63 and 65)
- Financial Services experience
- Core Competencies: Communication skills including virtual and live presentation skills
- Demonstrated sales success
- Preferences: CFP, CFA, CIMA, or CWS
