Job Summary
As an Immigration Lawyer at Fragomen, you will assess the eligibility of foreign employees for immigration status in Canada, draft and review legal documents, develop expertise in client sectors, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate regularly with clients regarding procedures and strategies. You will also conduct research for client requests and supervise paralegal staff. Required are an active member of the Québec Bar and over two years of relevant experience.
