Job Summary
Avocado Sales Manager focused on South Texas or remote/hybrid arrangements, responsible for developing and spearheading a new sales program, managing national and regional accounts, and achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets. Leverages established relationships with retail buyers (Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B, Whole Foods, etc.) and connections with wholesalers, distributors, and foodservice accounts. Requires experience in sales, business development, and contracted retail programs, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Bilingual Spanish is helpful but not required; college degree preferred. Based onsite in South Texas or remote/hybrid arrangements for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
