Avionics Wiring Crew Chief

Lead assigned avionics installation and modification projects from pre-planning through aircraft delivery, accepting ownership of scope, scheduling, manpower, and quality. Inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft avionics systems while coordinating resources across project management, engineering, and maintenance departments. Manage technicians throughout all phases of assigned aircraft projects, promoting development through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training. Support customer communication and ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Base hourly range is $40.00 to $60.00 USD.
