Job Summary
Perform aviation electronic instrument installations and repairs at FAA Certified Repair Station. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and service avionics equipment; ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including aircraft logbooks, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation. Collaborate with other departments (line service, maintenance, parts) to support operational objectives. Must possess excellent communication, be expedient, and detail-oriented. This role requires readiness to learn new skills and may involve background checks and drug screening; prior experience in General Aviation installation is a plus; repairman certificate preferred. Required Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Diagnostic, and Service work
- Experience in General Aviation Installation is a plus
- Computer skills required
- Must be ready and willing to learn new skills
- Military or airline avionics experience preferred
- Repairman Certificate preferred
- No felonies in the last 10 years
- Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and obtain an airfield access badge.
