Avionics Systems Manager

Technical leader overseeing design, integration, and test of avionics systems for spacecraft; manages a multidisciplinary team across compute, sensing, power, and communications; conducts trade studies, test planning, and HITL testbeds; develops Ground Support Equipment to telemeter vehicle data and simulate flight-like environments; coordinates integration schedules and cross-disciplinary dependencies to keep programs on track; mentors engineers and drives continuous improvement; supports system-level validation and flight readiness with a focus on aerospace standards; role based in El Segundo, CA.
