Avionics/Mechanical Technical Representative - Customer Response Center (Rotation)

Job Summary
Lead meetings with internal/external resources to resolve return-to-service issues for Bombardier aircraft, and produce concise technical reports. Provide technical guidance to customers and Field Service Representatives on aircraft systems, and generate executive summaries for high-visibility AOG cases. Develop performance matrices with KPIs to drive team performance and conduct monthly quality reviews of case handling and phone interactions. Requires comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems for Challengers and Global aircraft, leadership and rapid decision-making, a college diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent, and an AME license (asset). Must be available for off-site assignments on short notice (about 10%). Proficient in MS Office, with at least 10 years of problem-solving experience in aircraft maintenance/manufacturing, and strong customer focus and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- college diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent work history
- AMe license or equivalent (an asset)
- minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in problem solving in aircraft maintenance/manufacturing environments
- comfortable using MS Office Programs
- customer focused and have strong communication skills
