Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• •5+ years corporate or commercial aircraft wiring experience or related military training
• •US Person (US Citizen, Permanent Resident not working for foreign entity, or political asylee)
• •Ability to communicate in English (read, write and verbally communicate)
• •Mathematical knowledge and ability to apply towards problem solving
• •Comprehensive knowledge of the techniques, processes and procedures of aircraft wire harness manufacturing
• •Ability to research, identify and operate proper tools for the task assigned
• •Ability to work with repetitive stripping and crimping equipment
• •Hand-eye coordination/skills with a high degree of accuracy
• •Ability to interpret and understand engineering data
• •Ability to read measuring instruments
• •Ability to operate wire-marking machine and labeling machine
• •Ability to design and build shop aids
• •Ability to assemble electrical wiring and components on cabinet, panel or sheet metal assemblies
• •Ability to work independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team
• •Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• •Strong time management and organizational skills
• •Ability to work outside of core business hours as required
• •Able to comply with DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
• •Able to climb and work on step stools and/or ladders
• •Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance/able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance
• •Able to reach overhead
• •Able to work in a non-dust-free environment
• •Normal or corrected vision (required to perform exacting tasks)
