Job Summary

Oversee and lead the manufacturing and installation of aircraft wire harness assemblies, including fabricating components for interior cabinets, periphery assemblies, and circuit breaker panels. Provide direction to craftsmen, monitor daily department operations, and ensure work orders are processed timely while managing tool and equipment requirements. Perform final product testing, verify certifications, and maintain quality, process, and procedure documentation. Adhere to safety guidelines, maintain organized work areas, and meet target hours and schedules. Requires 5+ years of aircraft wiring experience, English proficiency, and ability to work independently within a high-accountability environment delivering custom VIP jet interiors.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years corporate or commercial aircraft wiring experience or related military training
  • US Person (US Citizen, Permanent Resident not working for foreign entity, or political asylee)
  • Ability to communicate in English (read, write and verbally communicate)
  • Mathematical knowledge and ability to apply towards problem solving
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the techniques, processes and procedures of aircraft wire harness manufacturing
  • Ability to research, identify and operate proper tools for the task assigned
  • Ability to work with repetitive stripping and crimping equipment
  • Hand-eye coordination/skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to interpret and understand engineering data
  • Ability to read measuring instruments
  • Ability to operate wire-marking machine and labeling machine
  • Ability to design and build shop aids
  • Ability to assemble electrical wiring and components on cabinet, panel or sheet metal assemblies
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours as required
  • Able to comply with DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
  • Able to climb and work on step stools and/or ladders
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance/able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance

  • Able to work in a non-dust-free environment
  • Normal or corrected vision (required to perform exacting tasks)
