Job Summary

Avionic Technician needed to remove/install aircraft components, perform minor and major avionics repairs, assist with hidden damage inspections and complex repairs on or off aircraft, operate ground support equipment, assist with wing removal, inspect airframe areas, and assist in designing/modifying fixtures. Requires FAA A&P license or equivalent, 3+ years avionics experience, and ability to work 12-hour shifts including overtime. Location: Tucson, AZ.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Avionics experience or substantiated similar experience with Airframe License
  • FAA A&P license OR “A” license is required
  • Able to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) aircraft status
  • Own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools
  • Comfortable with shift work (12 hours shifts, overnights, weekends, holidays), including nonscheduled overtime
  • You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (if applicable)
  • Enjoy working on commercial aircraft, growing professionally and being part of a team passionate about CRJ
  • Must be authorized to wotk in the USA.
