Job Summary
Aviation Sr. Project Manager at HNTB is responsible for managing assigned project(s) from scope development through delivery, including developing proposals and contracts, leading client communications, and coordinating cross-discipline teams to meet project objectives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and contractual obligations; supervising and mentoring project staff; leading negotiations and coordination with owners and stakeholders; overseeing procurement, change orders, submittals, and GMP/MBE-related requirements; and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 12 years of relevant experience, and 4 years of successful project management leadership; preferred familiarity with PMP, SDA/SCA delivery approaches, and aviation infrastructure experience. Visa sponsorship is available; location noted as Dallas, TX. This role emphasizes on-site leadership, client liaison, and strategic project oversight within an employee-owned firm.
