Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a sheet metal mechanic for heavy aircraft structures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Willingness to work any shift, including overtime
- Experience with fabricating, assembling, and reworking sheet metal and composite components
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and production specifications
- Pass required hands-on plate test and verbal/virtual skills assessments
