Job Summary
Oversee passenger services station operations at an airport-based site, leading a team to deliver elevated customer service and efficient operations. Serve as primary liaison with customers, analyze and optimize staff and equipment schedules, address service issues promptly, review airline/vendor contracts, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards. Lead training and foster a positive, inclusive work environment while driving performance, satisfaction, and opportunities for business growth. Requires strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities, plus the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Located at Phoenix Sky Harbor with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of management experience
- Extensive airport operational experience and working knowledge of budgetary and financial responsibilities
- Knowledge of FAA and OSHA regulations
- Experience negotiating contracts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities
- Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, email, ordering platforms)
- Ability to interact with customers and stakeholders at all levels
