Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Global Safety Management System (SMS) to identify hazards and minimize risks. Support the development of a strong safety culture aligned with regulatory frameworks and organizational objectives. Utilize safety feedback systems to identify deficiencies and ensure timely root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage and enhance SMS processes to mitigate corporate and operational risks. Drive achievement of Safety Performance Targets through structured planning and safety training initiatives. Mentor and support training center personnel to promote continuous safety improvement. Plan and conduct annual safety audits to maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards. Support digital training and operational safety initiatives aligned with CAE’s mission.
