Job Summary

Source and procure aviation parts, tools, and consumables for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of critical components. Maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and process purchase orders, resolving any delays or discrepancies as they arise. Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians and operations leaders to anticipate needs, ensuring all parts are certified, documented, and compliant with FAA and company standards. Monitor stock levels to recommend reorders or alternative sourcing when necessary, supporting maintenance planning through proactive procurement and logistics coordination. This role requires 3–5+ years of experience in aviation parts management within a Part 135 or Part 145 environment and proficiency with MRO software. Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in aviation parts management, materials, or maintenance logistics within a Part 135 or Part 145 environment
  • Strong working knowledge of aircraft components, documentation requirements, and FAA certification/traceability standards (including 8130-3, PMA, and repair/overhaul documentation)
  • Proficiency with aviation maintenance and inventory systems (e.g., Corridor, Quantum, Traxxall, CAMP, or equivalent ERP/MRO software)
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, negotiation, and inventory optimization in a regulated, safety-critical operation
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced, structured maintenance environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technicians, operations, finance, and external suppliers
  • High school diploma or equivalent
