Job Summary
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of company-operated aircraft in accordance with CFRs, manufacturer standards, and company procedures. Diagnose, troubleshoot, isolate, and repair equipment malfunctions reported by flight crews while ensuring proper operation, safety, and airworthiness of the fleet. Manage aircraft arrivals and departures on a rotating team schedule, including occasional weekends, within a fast-paced environment where you provide technical guidance to other technicians. This role supports MassMutual's mission to provide reliable and flexible transportation options for our customers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- 5+ years of aviation related work experience
- High School or GED diploma
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screening and background check
- Willing to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Falcon 7X / 8X or Falcon 2000 EX
- Easy experience
- Honeywell EPIC system experience
- Strong Avionics background
- AW139 helicopter experience
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate
