Job Summary
Lead, manage and inspire our Aviation & Pavements team in Melbourne and across ANZ across a range of aviation and pavement projects. Drive technical excellence, develop business growth opportunities with clients, and participate in the ANZ Aviation business strategy and groups (Global Aviation Technical Academy, Aviation Tech Ex). Engage in the Aviation Technical Practice Group with a broad network of peers. The role requires extensive experience in airside infrastructure engineering design and pavement design, with proven leadership in delivering major aviation and transport infrastructure projects, strong client relationship management, and knowledge of international and Australian standards (CASA, FAA, IATA, ICAO).
Required Qualifications
- Ideally 15+ years’ experience in airside infrastructure engineering design, aviation pavement design, pavement condition assessment and evaluation
- Experience in interpreting, organising, executing and coordinating the development, capture and delivery of major aviation and transport infrastructure projects
- Experience in project delivery and leadership as Project Director and/or Project Manager, Design Management and construction phase services monitoring across disciplines
- Demonstrated client relationship management, with strong communication skills and an ability to positively influence those around you
- Comprehensive knowledge of standards and guidelines from CASA, FAA, IATA and ICAO
