Job Summary
Manage the Education department, nurture your team, and champion their professional growth while partnering with instructors to continuously enhance the quality and delivery of programs. Ensure educational operations meet all legal and accreditation standards, provide guidance to students, and address challenges through cross-departmental collaboration. Foster a motivated and engaged team through effective training, development, and recognition. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree preferred with five years of teaching or management experience, including highly preferred FAA and A&P certification. Weekly compensation ranges from $80K to $90K with weekends off. Universal Technical Institute offers paid training, tuition waivers for you and your family after six months, and a 50% retirement match.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED accepted (equivalent experience considered)
- 5 years of prior teaching, management, or related field experience

Desired Qualifications
