Job Summary
Manage airfield construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety compliance, cost control, and adherence to commercial strategies. Coordinate resources, equipment, and subcontractors with the Superintendent to maintain schedule and quality standards while leading the Project Team. Prepare monthly payment applications, progress reports, and internal updates for Senior Management and Clients. Attend daily and weekly briefings, identify risks, and make key decisions independently. This role requires 8+ years of infrastructure construction experience, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and OSHA 30 certification. Candidates must possess a clean driver's license and ability to obtain security clearance. Lagan Construction, LLC, a third-generation family-owned general contractor, seeks this leader for their Airfield Construction team.
Required Qualifications
