Job Summary
Lead the delivery of the Aviation Sector's three-year growth strategy across the UK & Ireland, identifying and converting priority market opportunities including major programmes typically over $5M. Own the client engagement strategy for key accounts, developing executive-level relationships and championing exceptional client experience to secure repeat business. Provide executive oversight of major aviation programmes, ensuring successful delivery in schedule, cost, quality, and commercial performance while driving revenue growth and profitability. Build a high-performing business capable of sustained market growth through cross-border collaboration and talent development, acting as a visible safety leader across all engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading the pursuit, capture and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities
- Strong track record of winning strategic programmes
- Established relationships within the aviation sector
- Credibility with airport operators, infrastructure owners, contractors and delivery partners
