Job Summary
Lead the three-year growth strategy for AECOM's Aviation business across the UK & Ireland, securing major opportunities over $5M and converting strategic pursuits. Own executive-level client engagement for key accounts, developing account growth plans that position AECOM as a trusted long-term partner. Provide oversight of flagship programmes to ensure excellence in schedule, cost, quality, and commercial performance while driving revenue growth and profitability. Build a high-performing team capable of delivering complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects safely and sustainably. Collaborate with global Transportation leadership to unlock cross-border opportunities and leverage international capability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading the pursuit, capture and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities
- Strong track record of winning strategic programmes
- Established relationships within the aviation sector
- Credibility with airport operators, infrastructure owners, contractors and delivery partners
- Demonstrated experience developing client strategies
- Experience growing key accounts and securing repeat business
- Extensive experience leading the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience managing business performance, profitability and growth
