Job Summary
Lead the three-year growth strategy for AECOM's Aviation business across the UK & Ireland by securing major opportunities over $5M and converting strategic pursuits. Own the end-to-end work winning process for key accounts, developing executive-level relationships with infrastructure owners and airport operators to drive revenue growth and profitability. Provide executive oversight of flagship aviation programmes, ensuring successful delivery against schedule, cost, and quality while managing risk and governance. Build a high-performing team capable of delivering sustained market growth through cross-border collaboration with global Transportation leadership. Champion a culture of safety, wellbeing, and sustainability across all client engagements and delivery programmes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading the pursuit, capture and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities
- Strong track record of winning strategic programmes
- Established relationships within the aviation sector
- Credibility with airport operators, infrastructure owners, contractors and delivery partners
