Job Summary
Lead the three-year growth strategy for AECOM's Aviation sector across the UK & Ireland, securing major opportunities over $5M and converting strategic pipeline into revenue. Own client engagement for key aviation accounts, developing executive-level relationships with infrastructure owners and airport operators to drive repeat business. Provide executive oversight of flagship programmes, ensuring excellence in schedule, cost, quality, and commercial performance while managing risk and governance. Build a high-performing business by fostering collaboration with global Transportation teams and developing future leadership capability. Champion safety, sustainability, and wellbeing as fundamental to all pursuits and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading the pursuit, capture and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities
- Strong track record of winning strategic programmes
- Established relationships within the aviation sector
- Credibility with airport operators, infrastructure owners, contractors and delivery partners
- Demonstrated experience developing client strategies
- Experience growing key accounts and securing repeat business
- Extensive experience leading the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience managing business performance, profitability and growth
