Job Summary
Lead the three-year growth strategy for AECOM's Aviation business across the UK & Ireland, securing major opportunities over $5M and converting strategic pursuits. Own client engagement for key accounts, developing executive-level relationships to position AECOM as a trusted long-term partner. Provide executive oversight of major aviation programmes, ensuring excellence in schedule, cost, quality, and commercial performance while driving revenue growth and profitability. Build a high-performing team capable of delivering sustained market growth, championing safety, sustainability, and innovation across all engagements. Collaborate with global Transportation teams to unlock cross-border opportunities and leverage international capability.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading the pursuit, capture and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities
- Strong track record of winning strategic programmes
- Established relationships within the aviation sector
- Credibility with airport operators, infrastructure owners, contractors and delivery partners
- Demonstrated experience developing client strategies
