Job Summary
Lead the Aviation Sector's three-year growth strategy across the UK & Ireland by identifying, positioning, and converting major opportunities exceeding $5M. Own the end-to-end work winning process for strategic pursuits, developing differentiated proposals that leverage global capability and technical excellence. Act as the executive client sponsor for key accounts, building trusted relationships with airport operators and infrastructure owners to drive repeat business and long-term pipeline conversion. Provide executive oversight of major programmes, ensuring success in schedule, cost, quality, and commercial performance while championing safety, sustainability, and profitability. Collaborate with global Transportation teams to unlock cross-border opportunities and develop future leaders within the business.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading the pursuit, capture and conversion of major infrastructure opportunities
- Strong track record of winning strategic programmes
- Established relationships within the aviation sector
- Credibility with airport operators, infrastructure owners, contractors and delivery partners
