Job Summary
Aviation Architect Project Manager to lead design, repair, refurbishment, relocation, and installation of vertical airside facilities (ATCTs, Terminals, Hangars, MROs, SREs, ARFF Stations, FBOs, Deicing, Cargo, GSEs, etc.) for client airports. Responsibilities include advising on project scope and fees, coordinating with FAA/airports, managing vertical construction aspects, supporting architectural/engineering delivery from design through bid, construction, and installation, developing and reviewing project documentation, maintaining client relationships, growing aviation services business, and delivering on budget, schedule, and quality targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of related experience (10+ preferred), ability to travel ~1-2 times per month, strong communication skills, aviation knowledge, and familiarity with FAA standards; RA certification is ideal. Must be willing to travel; remote work allowed within the United States.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 7+ years of related work experience (10+ preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and airport operations knowledge
- Ability to travel to clients, conferences, and Woolpert offices ~1-2 times per month
- Understanding of FAA Orders, standards, safety systems and certification processes
- Knowledge or familiarity with AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit desirable
