Job Summary
Perform maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles using manufacturers' Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Services Bulletins, and FAA-approved data. Assemble fuel controls, governors, and accessories; test components with hand and specialty tools to ensure they meet specifications. Operate test equipment, read technical drawings, generate data plates via laser systems, and document all repair work orders. Maintain an orderly environment while interpreting technical data and ensuring airworthiness. Background check and DOT drug testing required.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of aviation accessary experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and data
- Basic computer operating skills
- Must be subject to a background check
- Must be subject to DOT drug testing
