Job Summary
Develop and deliver training programs across the organization to support operational excellence, compliance requirements, and business objectives. Conduct learning needs analyses with business partners and subject matter experts; design curricula and learning paths for diverse audiences; create engaging training content across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, videos, simulations, workshops); coordinate training schedules and documentation; deliver training sessions; evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements; support compliance, quality, and regulatory training requirements; collaborate cross-functionally to drive knowledge retention and process improvement; travel up to 50% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in training/learning & development, preferably in a regulated industry
