Job Summary
Aveva Technical Solution Lead with 7+ years in EPC software, delivering hands-on AVEVA SDK development (C#, .NET, PML) and system integrations (e.g., SAP, Aspen Tech). Leads feature development, Troubleshoots complex AVEVA custom components, and ensures solutions align with architecture and security standards. Partners with Product Managers to translate requirements into scalable, reusable technical solutions within an Agile environment, contributing to the Digital Thread and lifecycle data integration across EPC workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering and development experience within the plant design or EPC software ecosystem
- Extensive hands-on development experience with AVEVA suite (AVEVA SDKs, .NET, C#, PML)
- Experience designing, writing, testing, and deploying features that support complex EPC workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for AVEVA custom components
- Ability to work with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Agile development experience and product-minded thinking
